Camera-Critters #133

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

I want to start learing more about my Camera-Critters friends.
So, each week, I'll ask you a question.
If you want to answer, leave it in the comments.
If you don't feel like answering, that's O.K. too. :-)
We've got a great group of people here.
Some of us have been participating in CC for
Two and a Half Years!!!
So, I thought it would be fun if we got to know each other more.

Welcome to the Camera-Critters meme. We hope that everyone enjoys this meme which is all about photos of animals/critters. So make your post, link back to here, visit other Camera-Critters captures, and have fun! Each month a Camera-Critters capture will be randomly selected to be featured in the sidebar of this blog for the month.

HUGE THANKS TO ALL OF THE CAMERA-CRITTERS PARTICIPANTS FOR MAKING CC SUCH A SUCCESSFUL MEME.

We try not to complicate CC with many rules, but we do ask that you please use a CC badge or link back to Camera-Critters in some way. Thank you.

  1. I used to be a travel agent so I was able to travel many places. I never made it to Tahiti and I've always wanted to go because of how aqua blue the water is and the hotels are on stilts over the water! The next place I missed going to is Africa!

  4. What a fun idea - about the questions!

I haven't been able to participate most of the summer - but am happy to be able to be catching some critter shots again!

If I could go anywhere in the world - I would love to visit Ireland and Scotland. I love the color green and I guess I associate those places with that color - weird reason huh?

I also love the accents and the pictures I have seen. So much history there!

Strange enough - I never thought I would ever travel to that part of the world and I will be close but alas not close enough!

My son was accepted into an elite music ensemble that will be traveling to the continent of Europe - and I get to go along as an adult performer. I am excited and very thrilled - I never ever thought I would get to go to Europe!! But I think the excitement would be even a tiny bit more if it was to Ireland or Scotland!

  5. The place I love more than any other is Jerusalem, which is a good thing because I live so near. It means I landed in the place just right.
There is no city quite like her in all the world.

  7. The Galapagos Islands, if only tourism wouldn't ruin the habitat there.

  8. If I could return to a place I've been, I'd return to Scotland, to see the Highlands and the Isles, especially Skye and Eriskay.
And I would love to visit Africa, if I could figure out how to do it without any long plane flights. A cruise ship from Vancouver would be perfect; a ship from Montreal would be almost perfect, and then I'd like to travel on those restored luxury trains in Africa.

  10. If I could, the first place that I'd visit would most likely be Alaska. Why? I can't tell you other than that it seems so out there, so rustic and inviting to a northern girl like me ♥

    Thanks for asking :)
