Camera-Critters #153

Just in time for spring ~ Enter my awesome giveaway!

How have you survived the flu/cold season? Did it get you down or did you avoid it?

I had the flu two weeks ago and missed some work. Last week, Hubs was just getting over a nasty cold. This week, I am the new proud (not really) owner of that nasty, nasty head cold. ugh

I want to start learning more about my Camera-Critters friends.
So, each week, I'll ask you a question.
If you want to answer, leave it in the comments.
If you don't feel like answering, that's O.K. too. :-)
We've got a great group of people here.
So, I thought it would be fun if we got to know each other more.

Welcome to the Camera-Critters meme. We hope that everyone enjoys this meme which is all about photos of animals/critters. So make your post, link back to here, visit other Camera-Critters captures, and have fun!

HUGE THANKS TO ALL OF THE CAMERA-CRITTERS PARTICIPANTS FOR MAKING CC SUCH A SUCCESSFUL MEME.

We try not to complicate CC with many rules, but we do ask that you please use a CC badge or link back to Camera-Critters in some way. Thank you.

  3. I take a cup of Oolong tea, it's very effective for colds and flu, try it.

  4. My Honey and I were both sick at the beginning of the season, but it didn't last too long. We took OTC meds, got plenty of sleep and fluids. I hope you are better very soon!

  8. I always get a flu shot since I work around kids. So far, so good. My 14 year old son had the flu this year. Not fun. He missed 5 days of school, fever, aches, chills. Hope you're feeling better soon.

  11. Luckily enought I avoided the cold and flu season this year, although my husband had a dose of it. Hope you feel better soon.

  12. I do hope you and your hubby feel tip-top soon...spring is on its way, so you're bound to feel better!

I've managed to go all winter without even a cold, let alone the flu. I have a mild case of OCD, and wash my hands twenty times a day...I'm convinced this odd trait is what keeps me from getting sick! Good that it's useful for something...LOL!!

  16. Get well soon. My pict showcases a Topiary Dinosaur rather than a Live critter. Hope you like it anyway.

  17. Hi, Misty. Sorry you were sick. I spent most of February and the beginning of March battling bronchitis, now my kids are all taking turns getting sick. Bring on the warmer temps, please! I need to air out my germ-y house. :)
